Cancellation Policy

Fetch & Frolic provides safe, fun, and supervised Doggy Day Out services, ensuring dogs enjoy exercise, socialisation, and attention while owners are away or busy for the day. Bookings & Confirmation All services must be booked in advance. A meet-and-greet may be required for new clients. Bookings are confirmed once the service agreement is signed and any deposit is paid. Pick-Up & Drop-Off Pick-up and drop-off from your home is provided at scheduled times. Please ensure someone is available to hand over and receive your dog or clear instructions on this. Walks & Day Care Dogs receive at least one walk per day, with additional walks available as requested. Activities are tailored to each dog’s energy and temperament. Food & Supplies Owners must provide all meals and treats required for the day, clearly labelled with feeding instructions. Extra meals must be provided if multiple walks or extended care are needed. Owners must also supply all necessary equipment, including leads, harnesses, and collars. Dogs will not be walked without proper equipment. Health & Safety Dogs must be up to date with vaccinations and free from contagious conditions. Owners must disclose medical conditions, medications, allergies, or behavioral issues. Aggressive behavior must be communicated before booking. Insurance & Liability Fetch & Frolic holds public liability insurance. While every care is taken, we are not responsible for pre-existing medical conditions, accidents outside our control, or undisclosed behaviour issues. Owners are encouraged to maintain their own pet insurance. Cancellations Cancellations with more than 48 hours’ notice will not incur a fee. Short-notice cancellations may incur a charge. Updates & Communication Owners will receive updates, including photos and messages, unless otherwise requested. By booking a Doggy Day Out with Fetch & Frolic, owners acknowledge and agree to this policy.
