Cancellation Policy

At Fetch & Frolic we are committed to providing reliable, respectful, professional house-sitting services keeping your pets comfortable, your home secure while you’re away. Bookings & Confirmation All house-sitting services must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. A meet-and-greet is required for all new clients to review routines, pet care needs, home instructions. Bookings are confirmed once the service agreement is signed. Pet Care Standards We follow your pet’s feeding, exercise, medication, and enrichment routines as closely as possible. Pets will receive attentive care, affection, and supervision. Any signs of illness, injury or unusual behavior will be communicated promptly. In emergencies Fetch & Frolic is authorised to seek veterinary care as outlined in your consent form. Home Care During the house sit we will maintain the cleanliness, security, general upkeep of your home. This may include bringing in mail, rotating lights, watering plants and managing rubbish collection. We will respect all household rules and only access agreed areas of the property. Security & Access Clients must provide accurate entry instructions (keys, alarm codes, or lockbox details) prior to the booking. All access information is kept confidential. Keys will be stored securely and returned as arranged. Updates & Communication Fetch & Frolic provides regular updates, including photos and messages, unless otherwise requested. We aim to give clients peace of mind while they are away. Cancellations & Changes Cancellations made with more than 7 days’ notice may receive a full or partial refund (minus any non-refundable deposit). Short-notice cancellations (7 days or fewer) may incur a cancellation fee due to reserved time. Changes to bookings should be requested as early as possible. Client Responsibilities Clients must disclose any behavioral issues, medical conditions, or special care requirements. Aggressive pets must be discussed in advance. Fetch & Frolic reserves the right to decline or end services if safety risks are not disclosed. Insurance & Liability Fetch & Frolic holds current public liability insurance for added client peace of mind. While every reasonable care is taken, Fetch & Frolic is not responsible for events outside our control (e.g., pre-existing medical conditions, home maintenance failures, or natural events). We are fully committed to acting in the best interests of your pets and home at all times.
