Cancellation Policy

At Fetch & Frolic, we provide professional, reliable, and caring dog walking services. Our priority is your pet’s safety, comfort, and well-being while ensuring peace of mind for owners. Bookings & Confirmation All walks must be booked in advance. A meet-and-greet is required for new clients to review routines, special needs, and behavioral considerations. Walks are confirmed once the service agreement is signed and any required deposit is received. Leads, Harnesses & Safety Clients must provide all necessary equipment, including leads, harnesses, and collars, clearly labelled. Dogs will not be walked without proper equipment. We follow safe walking practices, including using designated paths, monitoring interactions with other dogs, and supervising all activities closely. Pet Care & Behavior Each dog is treated individually according to their routine, energy level, and temperament. Walks include appropriate exercise, mental stimulation, and attention. Any signs of illness, injury, or unusual behavior are communicated immediately. Aggressive behavior must be disclosed in advance. Liability & Insurance Fetch & Frolic holds current public liability insurance to protect both clients and pets. While we take all reasonable precautions, we are not responsible for pre-existing medical conditions, accidents beyond our control, or incidents caused by third parties. Communication & Updates We provide regular updates, including photos and messages after walks, on social media. Clear communication ensures transparency and builds trust. Cancellations & Changes Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice will not incur a fee. Short-notice cancellations or no-shows may incur a full charge. Clients should provide timely updates regarding schedule changes or special care requirements. Client Responsibilities Clients must provide complete information on the dog’s health, behavior, and any medical or dietary needs. Dogs must be up to date with vaccinations and free from contagious conditions. By booking with Fetch & Frolic, clients agree to this policy.
